I went to Connells in Ipswich as James Allen was recommended to me as a Mortgage Adviser. I wanted to see if I could get a mortgage and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. James could not have made the process easier for me, he was committed to finding me the best deal for my situation and my experience could not have been smoother. I received an excellent service and felt like I mattered as a customer and I was kept updated along the way. James and his team provided brilliant customer service throughout. Not dealt with the sales team directly although they are always friendly when I go in or call. I've been dealing with James Allen (my mortgage and financial adviser) directly for nearly 3 years now. James is always welcoming and has helped me no end. He comes across very knowledgeable and is always looking for the best deal for me, he is great at keeping you updated too. Having never used a broker before i was slightly dubious about going in with my partner. She however has a life time membership with Connells and now i see why. Callum was fantastic, and really helped push our move through in the last few days. I could not rate him and the service we received from Connells higher. However the reason the sale needed pushing through was the solicitor recommended by Connells were awful it reflects poorly on Connells. I would not recommend using their solicitors, choose a local independent company!
