After a buyer was selected, she communicated to keep us informed. She acted very professionally and I recommend her services as an estate agent.

GoogleBe aware, if you use their Facebook management ads service they will delete all the data that you paid for when you stop your contract. You will get no residual long term data benefit from allowing them to manage your Facebook ads. I'd either remove them from your meta account before you give your notice in or use an ad agency separate to these to distribute the lead gen tool.

Regular weekly update on sale progression, chasing other parties when necessary. Always responded punctually to voice mails and emails. Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect. Particular mention to Matthew who valued the property with kindness and understanding but prize must go to Jack Johnston who was really supportive at a very difficult time. He kept my faith in the whole process and dealt with my emotions with the utmost respect.
