GoogleSTAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WORST COMPANY EVER. I was left with damp and mould in the property, told to chill and enjoy the sunshine when I had expressed concerns for homelessness due to them providing a section 21 notice “landlord selling” even though it was put back on the market for rent. The staff are rude and have no customer service skills, I had a house inspection where the office manager Zoe spotted damp and mould and did nothing about it until I left the property as she deemed it not that bad even though it was coming from a leaking gutter and was all down the wall in my bedroom. I asked for this to be investigated by andrew the director through a formal complaint and he told me basically they will be doing nothing about this and think that the behaviour is okay and justified when I asked for Zoe’s certificate to prove she is able to carry out damp and mould surveys he responded to say he has nothing further to say on the matter. So all in all probably the worst company I have ever seen very dodgy, very rude and VERY INCOMPETENT!!

GoogleWe decided to sell 2 rental properties a few months ago and I called a number of Northwich Estate Agents to decide who to work with. I met Andrew at one of the properties and was impressed by his straight forward approach to the task. He shared with me the 'Rightmove' performance data which shows they perform better than the other agents in the area. On the basis of the straight forward approach and the Rightmove data they got the job! The Williams team that progress the transactions were excellent throughout the process keeping us fully informed at each stage and advising us well when the inevitable 'twists and turns' occurred in the process. They have regular contact with the solicitors firms in Northwich (including the firm we used) and they effectively chased through the conveyancing process which made it so much easier for us. I couldn't be happier with the way they sold our houses for us.

GoogleWe recently moved and used Gavin and the team to support our move. A big thanks to the team for the last couple of months. A great experience from start to finish. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleCan't recommend them enough - out of all the letting properties I applied for they were by far the fastest to and most pleasant to get a response. It was my first time attempting and applying to move out for the first time, all the correspondence, viewings, applications, deposits, move-in dates, and general inquiries that followed were all handled within a week - which is absolutely crazy to me as a first-timer. I was very nervous to start this process but they handle everything excellently. I would like to give a personal thank you to Zoe and Hannah, they both were absolutely amazing and very patient and swift with handling me as a client xoxo

GoogleGreat estate agents. Zoe and Karen were extremely helpful in helping me to find a first property. Once I found a place it was explained to me what would happen and what what needed from me as a FTB. Very reassuring and prevented an already stressful situation from being more stressful than it needed to be. I can't speak for sellers but I imagine they receive the same friendly, professional and responsive attitudes from all at WE as I did. COVID rules were also adhered to when I picked up my keys. :)
