We had already sold our home on London when we started viewing properties in the South East. We spent many months researching locations and viewing properties. This involved liaising with numerous local estate agents. We had two properties that we were interested in, but were unable to follow to completion. We found Paul to be patient, approachable, knowledgeable and invested in the local areas. We were left to view properties without his comments and free of pressure. I have been meaning to do this for a while. Paul handled what is my 10th property sale. He is hands down the best agent I have ever used. His valuation was spot on and well evidenced. The sale itself was a difficult process owing to a certain mini budget. Paul rose to the occasion helping both me and the buyer enormously in holding the whole difficult process together as the economy went into meltdown. He was cheerful and professional throughout. All this for a 1 bed flat that would have been many agents' last priority. I am so pleased to see his boards all over the area, he deserves it. I will certainly be using him again.

Also, you get some SERIOUSLY expert advise from their team members (special thanks to Bruce!) who know the world of auctioning like the back of their hand and you can call them and they will answer all of your questions.
