We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office, if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact. The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.

GoogleBecause of the market conditions it took a long time to sell my house, with a number of near misses. The owner Andrew and the staff, Karen, Beth, Zoe, Hannah, were always polite and helpful. If I can make a suggestion for improvement, from my point of view, I would have preferred to be dealing with one or two people so that I could feel a continuity of contact. Overall I was very happy with this independent and local estate agent with a good knowledge of their catchment area.

GoogleAdrian and his small team are really impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, he was honest and used his wider commercial experience to agree a solution to a problem which seemed unsurmountable (cladding related). He a teddy for the vendor but worked hard to keep both sides happy and moving forward. I am very happy to recommend him.
