Beresfords and Sanders cant be trusted. AVOID THEM.

Beresfords reccomend a solicitors called Sanders who are in the same building as themselves. There was a total lack of communication between the two of them from the start. My prospective buyer pulled out of my house sale after a fairly long period of time, and i feel that both parties could have helped me more with alot more communication with me to pre warn me. Just prior to this my solicitor as well as beresfords were keen for me to pay my solicitors fees for the initial searches to be done on my next property.. I paid them over £300 reluctantly as i wasnt sure if the buyer for my house was serious in her purchase of my property. I explained this to both of them as I was worried the buyer could well pull out and i didnt want to take the risk of losing my money. Subsequently the buyer did pull out and now i have to pay the full fee to their solicitors even though theyve done the initial searches. Over £1000. I feel both beresfords estate agents and Sanders Solicitors have let me down alot. I would not reccommend Beresfords or Sanders at all. Im sad to say this as this was my 1st experience of selling my property and its been a bad and expensive experience for me . Both parties cant be trusted. They are liars. Truth.

Beredford is amazing

Our experience with Beresford has been such an easy journey, Danny was super efficient with our enquiries and was very professional. We let Danny know that this was our first move, and he's been nothing short of patient and understanding with us. We've bombarded him with questions and Danny always responded to us quickly. We met with Eleanor on the day of the viewing and Eleanor was super friendly, and also extremely knowledgable with the property and gave us the reassurance we needed. Thanks guys! Rylie has been a great ambassador for Beresfords - pulling out the stops to secure me a new tenant. It wasn’t easy as we had a couple of false starts, both due to tenants changing their minds and in one case just simply not answering messages to chase progress. But finally Rylie found a family who loved my old home. She has been super efficient, helpful and supportive. When we met in person she was the model of a letting agent professional. New tenants due to sign contract in 2 days time - thanks to Rylie.

Absolutely 5 star plus service from the Ingatestone Beresfords team! They went the extra mile every day for us. Every team member was truly efficient, professional and diligent at every point of a tricky sale. AND they are friendly and charming to work with, super patient, kind, and compassionate: always prompt in answering our calls and questions, and full of initiative and birght ideas when things were getting stuck. A special big thank you to Joseph and Lauren who got it over the line: their service was way above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I had a lovely viewing with Riley, who was friendly and was honest in answering all the questions we had. We didn't feel we had to hurry and leave - both Riley and the tenant made us feel welcome and it was one of the easiest viewings I have had in recent memory. Excellent property management team and personal experience with Kate Haywood

Was a tenant in a property managed by Beresfords for the last 4 years plus. Property management team always excellent and sorted out any maintenance issues promptly. However have to give special kudos to Kate Haywood, the ever patient inventory clerk who performed our regular inspections and also our checkout admirably. I think it's easy to discount their role especially since they tend to be bearers of bad news but Kate was always helpful and gave us constructive advice whenever she could. Definitely made the moving out process less stressful!

Hannah Grant - exceptional

I am having issues with a tenant who asked for a section 21 notice (29 Radcliffe House) and then stopped paying her rent. Hannah Grant has been superb in liaising with me, Paragon and the tenant. She is dealing with a very difficult tenant in terms of communication but has stuck at the task until she gets an answer. She has advised the tenant of the risk she is taking in not paying her rent, so is not only looking after my interests but also the tenants. She has also dealt with the claims process with Paragon, saving me time and effort.In all my dealings with Hannah I have found her to be totally professional, trustworthy and extremely personable. She is someone who seems to go above and beyond my expectations. In my view, she is a real asset to Beresfords.
