GoogleLooking for an apartment in Ilkley for my daughter and her friend led us to Linley & Simpson. They were attentive, interested and very efficient in dealing with our enquiries and helping the girls through the entire process. This was probably the best experience out of all the letting agencies with which we have come into contact over the years.

GoogleHad an awful experience with Ami Woods. Caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. Caused me to rush a lot of my decisions and was no where near helpful or supportive. Felt very victimized. This is not the first time there has been issues with Linley and Simpson, at other branches too. Will never use Linley again.

GoogleHave just had our boiler fail and we have young bot in our property and these guys are not understanding or are thay trying to fix the problem after i have already spoke to the gas company have sent the information. A family who now have to find somewhere to stay for the night very bad

GoogleWe've been looking for rentals in the area so have been in contact with a few different estate agents, and Linley and Simpson have easily been the best! They were very easy to contact and happy to answer any questions. We were showed round a house by Scott and were really impressed with his friendly approach and knowledge of the local area.

Matthew and Felicity and the Ilkley team at Linley & Simpson were fantastic in shortlisting suitable properties and getting me in to view them. They were knowledgeable and gave me good advice on moving into the rental market (something I had not done for over 20 years) and very helpful in helping me secure what has turned out to be a great property. I'm very grateful and would certainly go straight back to Linley & Simpson Ilkley for future property rental.
