GoogleWe recently rented a property through Linley & Simpson and have been impressed by their friendly and professional service. The application process was straightforward and they have answered any queries we have had quickly. The only reason this is four stars and not five is that the cleaning was not done in one of the bathrooms before we moved in, but apart from that everything has been spot on.

Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, handling my sale efficiently and keeping me informed of progress throughout. Their fees were also extremely competitive whilst still providing me with the full service and attention of a “traditional” agent. A great experience throughout!
