GoogleL & S recently assisted my parents to move from their family home in Addingham after 54 years. From start to finish the team were all very helpful and supportive throughout a complex process which involved not only selling the family home but also buying a bungalow in the village. GoogleI've just become a tenant with Linley and Simpson Ilkley and have been completely impressed with the service from start to finish. Having rented properties previously through letting agents who overcharge on fees and provide absolutely no service, Linley and Simpson Ilkley have been a cut above the rest - Andrew who completed the viewing was very friendly, professional and not pushy at all like many agents can be, and Vicky who managed the process following this was absolutely fantastic - got things moving very quickly and always came back to me on my (many) questions straight away. Always friendly and helpful with an excellent level of communication, assisting us to progress the purchase with all possible haste. Sarah has always been the epitome of professionalism, we couldn't have hoped for more. We will absolutely be using Linley & Simpson again in the future.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Linley & Simpson who throughout the whole experience were very professional and helpful. Dealing with both the Ilkley and York branches I was always able to get answers to my queries and was always kept up to date with any developments regarding the sale. We are now working with the lettings department who have equally been very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.
