GoogleAlex and team have been superb throughout. At our viewing Alex explained everything clearly and succinctly and we were immediately made very comfortable with the process, particularly as renting was new to us. We also appreciated his friendly and customer focused approach.

GoogleMe and my partner were looking to move into a bigger house that allowed our dog and after enquiring they quickly matched us with a perfect house that had just come onto the market. They got us a viewing within half an hour and the next day our application was approved. We were very impressed with this quick response given how fast the rental market is moving at the moment and we couldn't have been more grateful! We are now living in our perfect home and would recommend Linley and Simpson to anybody.

GoogleLinley & Simpson have been fantastic through the whole renting process. Myself and my partner are finally moving in together with our young daughter and they helped us to keep calm throughout the whole thing :) Everything was so easy and professional. And there were constant emails back and forth. Whenever we changed our mind about anything or had any questions they were very quick to get back to us and keep us up to date and informed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Sorry for all the faff we caused but... Thank you Ilkley Branch !

GoogleI do not normally write reviews but had to make an exception here. The service and attention provided by all the staff in Ilkley was nothing short of First Class. They worked hard to help find the right house for us, kept us up to date with all the negotiations, explained all documentation clearly, patiently answering all the questions we asked. The after care and follow up has also been excellent. I cannot recommend them too highly as the first place to go if you need to rent in the Ilkley area.

GoogleWe recently rented a property with Lindley and Simpson, and would be happy to recommend them. We were very pleased with the service, with all staff being very helpful and friendly. Paul and his team in the Ilkley office processed our application quickly, and kept us updated on the progress of the application. We were able to pop into the branch to provide information without needing an appointment and were able to move in within a couple of weeks after submitting an application. whilst not the cheapest, Lindley and Simpson provide an excellent service.

GoogleSupposed to have an online viewing after looking for a property for seven months because we live hundreds of miles away and are exhaused travelling up at one point every 3 weeks to get rubbish excuses from estate agents about why we did not get another property. I receive a phone call to say we will not be short listed for the property because equipment failed doing the online viewing. Everyone else who saw the property today who puts in applications will be short listed.

GoogleI have rented with Linley & Simpson for 4 years, the service throughout has been outstanding but what prompted this review is viewing a new property recently with Georgia Elsworth. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was fantastic, she called to confirm the meeting, we didn't feel rushed through and as we go through the process of moving from one property managed by L & S to another, the whole team continue to offer a brilliant service.

Would like to call out Georgia for keeping me up to date and making sure that everything ran smoothly. i am moving from Surrey to Yorkshire, and it isn't a easy move, but less stress after this great experience. highly recommend.

GoogleFriendly, professional, attentive. Also provides advice or referrals to related services such as insurance. Easy to communicate and check with references through an online portal that handles all docs, giving landlords piece of mind and tenants ease of communication. I found my rental while being away, and handled the process from London with ease. Also follow up with calls to assure me they're in touch with landlords to keep me updated of progress.

GoogleWe needed to relocate from the South to the Ilkley area in a short time frame. Matthew was fantastic in setting up a number of viewings all on one day so we could travel up and sort our new house quickly. We found the perfect place and Matthew made the process so smooth and easy. A proper professional estate agent!

GoogleAfter recently viewing a rental with my son in law I would highley reccomend using Lindley simpson for your sales and rentals. The sales team are so friendly and welcoming. There are no pushy sneaky sales tac tics just general chat, questions etc to gain information the agent needs to ensure they get to know potential tenents a little.

GoogleThey found us a lovely property which would have been ideal for us we were told that viewings would not be until the 20th of August we put in our application we were told on the 4th of August to put in an application which we did on the same evening received an Email the next day to say property had been let 🤔🤔 …
I'm sorry to hear about his Susan. Unfortunately, this was a very popular property and the landlord requested that we take applications and they would then decide on suitable tenants. In your case, you were unsuccessful and for that, you have my sympathy. We would love to help you find another property however, wish you well if you have already been successful in your search.
