Great business, will always do their best to fit you in for viewings (Abigail especially works hard to make sure they can fit you in), and can’t do enough for you. They are thorough, professional and knowledgeable but, most importantly, thoughtful, kind and caring. Throughout my most recent move I felt well advised and supported despite some real challenges. The team listened to me and gave advice on both my sale and my purchase (which wasn’t a property marketed by them) and showed a genuine desire for me to reach a positive outcome on both transactions. GoogleI am writing this review as a buyer of a property marketed by Dale Eddison, rather than a seller. My experience was fantastic, and although I was not the 'client', I was treated extremely well and all the agents did everything in their power to ensure my purchase went smoothly. They were very patient (I desperately wanted that particular property!) , courteous and just generally lovely with both myself and my son who took a particular fancy to Dawn and her diamond (ornament on her desk). I would highly recommend this estate agent, and would most certainly choose them if I ever sold a property locally. They were the first to congratulate me on exchange of contracts, which was a heartwarming touch. Thank you for everything , you are a fab team :)

FacebookDale Eddison have been the best estate agency we've used to date. From the start, we arrived at a property viewing 2 hours early by mistake, however they sent Thomas to show us around the property within 30 minutes of us waiting. Thomas then took care of us throughout the entire process, from the initial viewing right through to the final stages. His communication and helpfulness was second to none. We came up against a few complications (nothing to do with the agency themselves), and Thomas went the extra mile to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. Thank you for an outstanding service.
