GoogleDale Eddison have been lovely to work with. They have recently sold my deceased father’s flat and my experience with the team ( Edward, Dawn and James) has been very positive. Friendly, helpful and communicative . I felt there was a genuine personal interest in helping both the buyers and myself . Very responsive and easy to get in touch with . I can wholly recommend this Estate Agent.

We were very impressed by Daniel when he came to our house to sort out the sale. He had spent a lot of time researching house sales nearby so that we had an goodidea of the situation in our area. He was totally down to earth and gave us excellent advice about pricing, photography etc etc. The house went on the Dale Eddison website on Saturday and we received, and accepted an offer within days. The staff at DE were unfailingly helpful and positive, and all made a potentially stressful experience a lot better. many thanks to dan and the team

Delighted to have sold my mother's apartment at Adlington House in Otley. Abigail, the agent, was efficient and wanted to help. The agent's fee was also significantly lower than that of the third party agent that Adlington encourage you to use. Clearly, Adlington get a kick-back if a resident sells their flat via the third party agent which is very poor form on their part.

Kyley at the Skipton branch was superb. Very warm, friendly, helpful, professional and patient at all times despite difficulties with the conveyancing and mortgage companies. I have only just found out that she is new to the role which was a surprise as she was as calm and collected throughout the process as if she had 20 years experience behind her!
