From the beginning everyone we dealt with at Dale Eddison Ilkley was pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with. Viewings were arranged without any fuss and promptly. Once we had settled on a property James and Dawn were in regular contact by phone and email and Edward and other staff continued to respond with information as required. The main very positive thing was that Dawn and James tried to help find out information, apply pressure to speed things up with Solicitors and Conveyancers and generally put in time and effort to help us get on with things as much as possible. In the end the purchase was made and we are very grateful for the encouragement and assistance given to us to make this happen.

Dale Eddison went out of their normal way to help us move from Filey to Ilkley. When we asked to view, at limited times for us, due to travelling distance, they obliged every time.Our moving in date was cancelled three times due to incompetence of others, and Rebecca did her utmost at all times to assure us that it would happen and she continued to assist right up to the end - which didn’t happen till 5-10pm on completion day. She is a true professional as are the Dale Eddison team.
