We want to commend Lehila from Hardisty for her professionalism, calmness, promptness, following track of solicitors and progress, pushing when she could, being realistic when she had to, reassuring and empathetic when it was necessary. This was a particularly difficult chain that lasted 12 months, with many obstacles to overcome, and as first time buyers it can be daunting. Having Lehila at the other end of the phoneline sometimes seemed the only thing holding this thing together. Above all, she was highly professional, following data protection rules, filtering with good reason all emotions and stresses from each part of the chain. This cannot be said for all involved in the chain. So if we ever work with Hardisty again, we will definitely ask to work with Lehila. Thank you Lehila!

I recently purchased a house that was being marketed by Hardisty. The viewing was promptly arranged and done by someone who was knowledgable about the area, and enthusiastic about the house (a stark contrast to some other agents), I made an offer and received a call back a few hours later from Jack Barry with the offer accepted. I then had documents to send and checks to go through and Jack was super quick in replying at each stage and confirmed everything, exactly what you want when something like this is at stake. They have helped us with three property sales over the past four months and are currently dealing with another two for us. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent.
