We had a second viewing on a property with Kyley. She was prompt, smartly dressed and had the answers to all of our questions. She subsequently successfully negotiated a price which was acceptable to both us and the vendors and we agreed the purchase. She rang us when she said she would and by late afternoon we had done the deal. Well done Kyley, you are a credit to your company!

GoogleA massive thank you to everyone at Dale Eddison, Ilkley! We recently bought and sold with them and everyone on the team made the process so much smoother by always being polite and extremely knowledgeable. The recommendations they offered kept everything on track and relatively timely. All in all, it took 4 months from marketing our property, viewings, offers accepted to moving in! Particular thanks to Molly Hattersley, who time and time again went above and beyond to make sure the sale and purchase went well. Molly kept us updated throughout the whole process and it was a pleasure working with her. Also a very big thank you to Phoebe Selby who managed the sale of our property so brilliantly and it felt from our perspective effortlessly. Both Phoebe and Molly made what is a stressful and unknown process of selling and buying properties extremely manageable. We never felt in the dark with anything and knew we could always call them with any questions. We would definitely sale&buy through Dale Eddison again as the whole team know their stuff, are honest and professional. We can’t rate them highly enough - thank you!

GoogleThis review is long overdue but I wanted to say how positive our house buying experience was and how Dale Edison made it so much smoother and stress free than it otherwise might have been. Dale Edison (and the Ilkley branch in particular) did everything they could to help us with our purchase, they answer the phone when you ring and phone you back when they say they will. I can't think of any higher praise for an estate agent! Definitely recommended.

GoogleAfter a very disappointing experience with another local agent, we were DELIGHTED with the service provided by Dale Eddisons, and particularly Bill, Molly and Phoebe. From the moment we met them they were honest, had our best interests at heart (even if it meant they might miss out on business), and they supported us every step of the way. Our previous sale had fallen through at the very last minute and we were going to be out of country when the property started being marketed by Dale Eddisons. They handled everything, took brilliant pictures and most importantly their communication at every stage and after each viewing was excellent. Within the first week we had agreed a sale on our property and we felt very secure in accepting the offer as Dale Eddisons had thoroughly checked the commitment of the buyers. The conveyancing process was equally smooth and we completed on the property very quickly. I highly recommend Dale Eddisons and we would certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleFor a second time I have used Dale Eddison in Ilkley and again they surpassed all expectation. Molly Hattersley was dedicated, thorough and professional with a lovely spark of humour which really helped when we came across the occasional hiccups that are inevitable when buying a property. In all Molly and the people at Dale Eddison in Ilkley are the nicest people who offer the most considered service. Excellent all round. It's not surprising that Dale Eddison has won so many awards.
