Our sale, which was a protracted sale due to the chain, was managed by Dawn.
During what was a stressful time for all parties we found Dawn to be completely calm and understanding, updating us ay every opportunity throughout the transaction.
Helpful and efficient, Dawn set her stall out to make sure she saw the sale through to completion going beyond the call of duty on several occasions always giving personal service.
As regards the purchase, Ed was brilliant in identifying the property and making sure the transaction went smoothly though to completion.
During the whole selling/buying process we also spoke with James, Katherine andPhoebe all whogave us confidence that the deals would come to fruition.
Great quality team - reception, sales and after sales. Highly recommend.
