We have recently listed our house for sale with Renshaws & have received regular friendly updates from their negotiators regarding viewings and interest. We received an offer on our property within less than 24 hours of our house being on the market and Renshaws worked around the clock making sure our viewers were in a position to proceed before they viewed. Shows commitment and that she does have customer at her heart. Arranged a viewing, got email confirming all the details. Met Stevie at the property, lovely and quick service. GoogleWas quite a difficult sale all sorts of Land Registry problems, but using recommended solicitors paid off and all was sorted. Had much help and support from Renshaws, and in particular Angela and it really helped. All the staff very understanding and helpful. Thank you

GoogleAfter a very bad experience with another Ilkeston estate agent we moved to Renshaws to sell and the service received has been absolutely fantastic, we have been updated at every stage and sold the property that another estate agent couldn’t sell in less than a week and I genuinely believe this is down to the first class customer service that Renshaws offer specifically from William, Rick and Sue. I am also dealing with Renshaws for a purchase and again you can’t fault the communication and the willingness they have to move things forward and help with advise on the stages even when your not the paying customer! First class service all round, I would highly recommend.

GoogleI have had such a good experience with Renshaw estates, firstly I was shown around by two lovely chatty ladies that made me feel very comfortable. This is my first time looking for a house so I have been very nervous and have had a lot of questions, William and another lady have been very helpful and reassured that I can ring at any time to ease my mind.
