William was really supportive and helped me throughout the process and he was very patient too.I’ve interacted a few times with the rest of the team and all of them were really helpful and supportive.I would definitely recommend😊

FacebookI cannot praise Renshaws enough! I initially came to them in 2017 and Chris Goring sorted me out a great Mortgage deal and was fantastic from start to finish - friendly, professional and made buying my first home an absolute dream! Recently I have started to let my property - and cannot thank Stevie enough for her help - being a first-time landlord I've had a fair few questions (some probably quite silly!) but she has taken the time to answer them all and has been so approachable, helpful and friendly throughout. I would recommend Renshaw Estates to anyone - thanks again! ☺️

GoogleSo me and my partner contacted this company for mortgage advise. Went to the appointment gave all our details etc. First they tried us with halifax which was declined. Was then told to sign up for free credit report which I did and gave my login details so it could be accessed by the advisor. That was the last we heard from them! I emailed the advisor asking if any news and no reply. There not out to help you at all. Basically because I had not great credit history they didn't want to know. They may come back with some apology reply to this post but don't be fooled they don't really want to help you!! I've took my own steps in improving my credit and won't be using this company again!
Hi Andrew, we note the points in your review, however when we are faced with a client with "not a great credit history" it is not always possible to help attain a mortgage given the circumstances. You took advantage of a free consultation, followed our guidance, got your credit report and as you state are addressing the issues found on your file. All this will put you in a better position for getting a mortgage in the future. With poor credit "time is a great healer" so unfortunately there is no more we could have done for you at this moment in time and we believed you understood this. For anyone else reading this, in order to avoid disappointment, the lesson to be learned is having a clean credit history/file is vitally important when trying to obtain mortgage finance. GoogleAfter constantly having to chase a previous agent for updates I decided to leave them & give a smaller company a try. When buying and selling properties you need assurance that someone is there for you & has all the answers ready. Renshaw Estates have shown expertise, professionalism and all in a friendly manner. Nothing has been any trouble and I haven’t had to chase once! In fact, they were so on the ball that it was refreshing that my property sold with minimum effort on my part! You'll get a full service without any hidden extras. I just wish I'd contacted Renshaw Estates first.

I have liaised mostly with Lydia who has been an absolute pleasure to work with from viewing the property to now; nearing completion.
