Recently tried to sell our house through Renshaws after seeing a house we really wanted, they really understood our need to sell fast and went above and beyond to get our house on the market within a few hours, unfortunately things didn’t go our way with regards to the new house and we had to take the house off the market, Renshaws were very understanding off our situation and took our house of the market with no issues. If the time comes to sell our house again I will definitely be using Renshaws, Rick, Lydia and the team were fantastic

As a first time buyers, I would highly recommend Renshaws Estate , I still remember I took nearly 20 viewings, and suppose to be accepted an offer from one of the seller, but as there is a very bad experience with another Ilkeston estate agent, I 've turn down the offer with no reason, and the agency just keep ignore me ,never reply email and return call, I nearly give up to buy a house until I meet Renshaws, the viewing is so smooth, and William is always nice with him smile, he preform a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful at all time, he update me regularly, and makes me feel more relax as I have no ideal what should I to do next, and William explained me with so much patient, from start to end, I have nothing worry as I know William is reliable, and even the date of collecting the key, Renshaws sent me a little gift, its surprieds me, last , please keep on to provide the best services to customer.

Recently sold my home with Renshaws. Would definitely recommend them to anybody thinking of selling. Rick was great from the start when he came out to do the initial valuation - very informative as well as friendly. Was very happy with the quality of the photos taken and the speed at which the house went up on the market. Renshaws also really helped me when it came to finding the best/most-suited buyer. Just about to complete buying my first house and really can’t praise Renshaws enough for their help! Chris the mortgage advisor went above and beyond to help me get a mortgage by myself. He kept in contact regularly with updates and was really friendly and helpful throughout. I recently went through the process of seeking valuations from several estates agents in Ilkeston regarding the sale of my property. I have nothing but praise for Renshaws. Rick (who came to value the property). When he came, he'd done his homework on my property and was extremely knowledgeable. He viewed the property and it was clear that he was very keen to market it. He was able to articulate clearly the current market, and the chances of properties selling. His valuation was realistic, and he was optimistic that it would probably sell for higher too. He was able to reference recent sales too, to back it up. Some of his competitors suggested marketing the property for £35k higher which was never going to be achievable. The whole experience with Renshaws has been a pleasurable one. Great communications throughout and very competitive commissions. In the end, I decided not to sell my property, but had I done so, Renshaws would have definitely been my choice. I bought a house in Ilkeston almost two years ago through Renshaws and then rented it out through them. They found tenants within a few days and when those tenants sadly left recently they again found suitable tenants within a week. Throughout the entire buying and rental process everyone I had contact with at Renshaws was friendly yet professional and always followed through on what they said they were going to do. I simply cannot fault their service. I would have to single out Stevie, who always responds quickly to any query with her trademark cheerfulness and keenness. As a new landlord and also at a geographical distance she has certainly taken the potential stress out of the situation. Ilkeston should be proud to have Renshaws as a shining example of a profession which is too easily maligned
