GoogleGreat experience. Had a few estate agents round for a valuation. Renshaws came out twenty grand more than others, they assured me that they knew the area and what a true valuation it was. GoogleVery poor organisation of property maintanace. Repair of simple problem always takes more than one visit as a rental agent is unable to pass correct information to manitanance department. Hopefully, this review will lead to improovement of service.

Hi Zdenka, As mentioned, we passed on and instructed the trades to sort any leak and tap replacement which they advised had been done and the leak had stopped. Unfortunately, we aren't tradespeople and have to trust what the experts tell us but, as already mentioned, we'll get them back for anything not fixed. It's a shame you feel the need to leave a 1* review based on third party trades when we usually get repairs/works instructed within 24 hours of issues being reported and pride ourselves on our ability to resolve maintenance issues swiftly for our landlords and tenants.
