FacebookI’ve used Renshaw Estates for almost 14 years and couldn’t recommend them higher. They have helped me with purchases, lettings and sales. Most recently I have used Renshaw Estates to sell a property and they have been like a dog with a bone chasing it for me and keeping me informed every step of the way. I trust Renshaws implicitly and will most definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleDO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM Took our entire deposit when moving house .. I've just collected my post and confirmed with current tennant that none of the repairs I've been billed for have been completed!
Hi Kayleigh, As you are aware, over 60% of your bond had to be used to settle your rent arrears and only the remainder was allocated for repairs. It’s a shame you think we, as the letting agent, are responsible for the repairs a landlord carries out after a tenancy to their property ends. We never actually held your deposit throughout the tenancy. The Deposit Protection Scheme (A Government Approved Scheme) decided to award your bond to the landlord as recognition of the state you left the property in when you moved out, you weren't 'billed' for the works. How the landlord uses the bond is their prerogative not ours or yours I’m afraid. It's a shame you felt the need to leave ourselves a negative review when the issues you have raised are regarding the bond and the condition in which you handed over the property, neither of which we had any control over.

GoogleLocal experts that know everything there is about property through all aspects. They're also competitive on selling/rental fees and get great prices for the properties. I've let my houses with them for years, purchased and sold with them and been happy every time! They also work with great Mortgage advisers and solicitors too to keep everything all under one roof..
