GoogleSHAME SHAME on you.Called to view a property that is advertised as "to let" and gave the information they asked then was promised of a call back to get an appointment and they didn't call.in case anybody think we were not suitable at the screening,this weren't the case at all.in fact we are perfect tenants as anyone will say from our history.short story Please do not waste other people's time and act as a real professional instead.

GoogleBig thanks are due to Amy Burrows of Bairstow Eves, Barkingside, for the way she conducted our Open Day on Saturday. We had ten viewings and it was brilliantly managed. Thanks also due to her colleagues Jeremy & Zaheeda. Now the offers are starting to come in!

GoogleI have long lived with family but finally thought of having a place of my own. I turned to Bairstow Eves because I was recommended by friends. This house-turned-flat where I moved in was managed by Bairstow Eves Barkingside and I have received a very satisfying service from one of the lettings negotiator, Kristofer Tajdari. I do mention him by name because I am very satisfied with the service Kris has provided me on my house hunting adventure, from viewing to move-in. Even after moving in, he is very quick to respond to any queries I may have. Bairstow Eves is not the cheapest option out there, but it is definitely worth every fortune you spent, because of the guys like Kris. I do look forward to have a good professional relationship with him during and beyond this tenancy.

GoogleBairstow Eves Barkingside are a very professional outfit, I work with them on a cooperate landlord level and they offer a service like no other agent on the high street. Whether I instruct them on 2 properties or 20 properties at one time they give each property the right amout of attention and generally have them let within 48hrs to high end professional tenants. I would recommend this agent to everyone with a property to let that wants professional advise and a great level of service, Bairstow Eves Barkingside will not let you down.

GoogleMe and my wife bought our first house with the assistance of Zaheda at Bairstow Eves. She was always available for help and kept us updated throughout, she assisted in speeding up the process from our solicitors and the sellers solicitors which made progress more efficient. GoogleHi , I have been looking for a 2 bedroom flat for a while , and came across Bairstoweves on the high street and was greeted by the friendly team which helped me with my search. It has been hard for me being a single mother and recently being made redundant but i have hope now and i look forward to hearing from either Bailey or Mahnoor this week.

GoogleSo unprofessional sales team. Phones me with new property details, yet no photos or clear instructions of the property/location etc Very keen to waste time and arrange property viewings!! Hoping buyer will purchase property with a bit of pressure from sales team. A LITTLE TIP FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY SPECIALLY A PROPERTY WITH SALESMAN PRESSURE TACTICS. I also use Bairstow Eves letting team in Stratford 100% recommended for Landlords!!

GoogleWe had a really good experience with Bairstow eves barkingside. Zaheda, the agent who was handling with our property purchase was really helpful, proactive and informative throughout entire process. Unfortunately our purchase was really delayed due to a chain etc but she helped to reassure us and kept us updated with progress at each stage.
