Julia assisted me with the process and she was prompt and professional in assisting me with the process and found a tenant within a short span of time. The tenants that she found are very decent and are prompt in paying the rent. I thank Julia for her assistance and i will surely recommend them to any landlord or tenants.

It was a disappointment to deal with Bairstow Eves . They raised us for the mortgage offer although they had accepted the mortgage offer from an alternative buyer. We put all the efforts to get the mortgage and survey done but the day we got our mortgage offer done ,they told us the seller accepted someone else's offer. We spent about 3 weeks for preparing our mortgage offer. Our mortgage advisor was working hard to get it done for us. Whenever we called them in their office, we had to explain briefly about us. It looked like they were not caring anything. They said sorry to me and kept me in their reserved list for any future property. I kept updating them about the survey and processing of the mortgage offer. They have never told me that they have already accepted somebody's offer. I wasted my time with them. Do not fall in their trap. They are neither professional nor trustworthy. Just the time waster. The people who are running the business looks like trainee. They are very slow in the phone response or dealing with the client.

All staff at Barkingside Bairstow Eves were helpful, friendly and they always answered or returned my calls. Filiz sold the house for us quickly and was very informative. Although the house sold quickly it became a slow process (no fault of the estate agents) but manager Kimberley, went above and beyond her role to get things moving. I had a bad experience with my last tenants who had completely ruined my property and the agents were totally useless. I had decided to sell my property. My friend informed me to go and see the new manager at Bairstow Eves regarding rentals. I was sceptical but decided to go. Hand on heart it was the best decision I made. She is a polite and courteous individual who has the most beautiful smile that puts you at ease. She was sympathetic with my experience . She explained what her company would do to help,explained the policies and procedures about letting the property and how I will be protected. She took time to explain everything and patiently answered all my questions. If it was not for her I wouldnt be letting my property today She was patient,understanding yet very professional. She is an asset to the company and a lovely girl. I would recommend this branch of Bairstow Eves only for the sole purpose of Mahnoor who goes above and beyond her call of duty.

I have been using the services of the Barkingside branch for buying and renting properties out since 2014. They are always friendly and helpful and I have had amazing reliable tenants which the branch has found for me. I trust Julia the Manager of the Team who is very professional with my properties which is quite something as I wouldn’t go anywhere else for letting out properties .Zaheeda and Hanif who work in this department are incredibly helpful and efficient and always get on top of enquires and resolve things and are very approachable.Really pleased to see such a great team offering such a great service. The worst experience could ever imagine. Notwithstanding that the rule of thumb is that a letting agent is like an extension of the landlord, and is the person who negotiates letting a property out on behalf of the landlord and dealing with an authorised agent is the same as dealing with the landlord direct, the letting agent (contracted on tenants find bases only) at Bairstow Eves in Barkingside Julia Osborne since June 2018 continues to refuse to allow me (the landlord) to see the references she/they have obtained about the tenants. The said letting agent also refuses to provide me with all the information they have obtained from and about my tenants. We are further outraged by the said letting agent to transfer the deposit for both properties in a timely manner or at all. We had a stressful time when it came to deal with her and the said Estate Agency, so we had to go through the complaints department, and the Property Ombudsman as well. It feels that people working in Bairstow Eves Estate Agency have zero customer service skills. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never ever use them again.
