We recently completed on both our sale and purchase with Bairstow Eves Barkingside and had a really great experience with the team. Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your hard work, we’re so happy to now be settling into our new home!

Caught in selling tactics, very poor services, dishonest, not clear/ transparent and do not honour their words. I was caught up in auction agreement which I was not told clearly, honestly and trasparently. I was clearly told that I can pull out of auction agreement after six weeks. On Poor results when I tried to pull out after six weeks as per promised I was told that I have to give them 4 weeks notice to come out of the contract of auction agreement which I was never told. Manager was only ready to pull me out of auction agreement on the condition if I sign another contract of conventional selling for six weeks and another 4 weeks notice to pull out from this contract also, meaning again caught for 10 weeks. Staff was dishonest , not trasparent, not clear and and do not want to give anything in written. As I do not trust them anymore, I am not ready for any verbal communication. Very dissatisfied.

I have recently rented a property via Bairstow Eves, and would like to say that I have had a great experience, Kaurn was most helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the process, he helped a great deal when it came to finding the correct property which best suited my criteria, his colleague Harry was a great help throughout the process regarding all the paperwork etc. he went above and beyond to ensure the overall transition was smooth and pleasant, always very informative and updated me throughout each step, provided information throughout the stages, and made the overall experience that much better, really appreciate the efforts by team, making this a pleasant journey and stress-free during a period that can be stressful. The overall atmosphere within the Estate Agents when visiting was very warm and welcoming, staff seem to be very well equipped in providing great customer service, first impression were excellent making the whole experience that much better, I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves as an agent and would commend all there efforts in an environment that seems to be very well maintained and upheld.

Extremely poor service recieved by Jeremy Turner - Senior Branch Manager. I initially informed Amy, a colleague of Jeremy, that I intended to proceed with my own solicitors after consulting with their recommended legal team. Despite this, Jeremy continued to pressure me to use their in-house services, otherwise my offer would be rejected. His persistent attempts to push me into using their services were unprofessional and felt like 'dirty sales' tactics. This partly led me to withdrawing my offer after a second viewing. His communication was awful. In one instance, I received an email from Jeremy stating that 'the vendor may now go with the higher offer', after I still declined the use of in-house serives. My offer was never formally declined, even as I consistently refused to use their in-house services. To add further frustration, I decided to lower my offer, and Amy informed me that it would only be accepted if I used their in-house services. In response, I chose to revert to my original offer and, soon after, was informed that it would be accepted and processed. However, I was still being pressured into using their in-house serivces. While, Amy was generally professional and ethical in her dealings with me, I'm afraid the same cannot be said for Jeremy. I'm certain that he uses 'dirty sales' tactics, applies pressure and tells a pack of lies to his customers. Furthermore, I was told that Bairstow had received an offer 10-15k higher than mine for the property. While this may be true, I find it hard to believe that any vendor would turn down such a significant increase. In conclusion, my experience has been frustrating, time wasting and disappointing. I believe Jeremy’s actions were unprofessional. He must be a clown to think people won't catch up to his lies. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with him.

Chris Rawlings has been great! We visited Bairstow Eves in Barkingside and he was very knowledgeable with regards to the location of my mother’s property and explained the pros and cons, whilst considering the value. Mr Rawlings arranged an appointment and visited my mother’s property, giving an honest valuation in a clear and concise manner, which my mum could understand - no ‘gift of the gab’ approach. He advised her on the best way to prepare the property for photographs and remove clutter, in order to make the apartment more attractive to potential buyers. A very pleasant gentleman. :))

Feliz Zekki helped me sell mine and my sisters late mothers property in Clayhall recently. I honestly can't praise this branch of Bairstow Eves enough. Feliz was amazing from the get go, she was supportive and kind at a time where we were grieving, but also knew her job extreamly. The other staff member worth mentioning is Zaheda Begum who also helped make the process seamless. Zaheda was always available to speak to and explained everything thoroughly. Jeremy Turner is manager and has created a lovely culture in this office. We got a great price/result and a really easy journey and i can 't recommend them enough.

She spent a great deal of time liaising between solicitors to push for things to get done so the purchase could be completed within the required time frame. Very happy with the purchase of property from Bairstow Ewes, Barkingside. Right from the day one, proper communication with me regarding all things. Initially Kimberly was attending my calls. She is very nice and acting fast, within a day arranged Mortgage specialist Emma Mudd. Emma is very efficient, within a week she arranged couple of video calls, arranged remortgage, mortgage, life insurance and home insurance everything very quickly, explaining everything in detail. Emma always answer to my calls and emails promptly whenever I am asking clarification. whole process is simple and she explains clearly each and every step. Then finally another important person to mention is Zaheda, such a wonderful person acting on behalf of me every day to push things happen fast. Zaheda calls me almost everyday morning, talking with both side to roll the process fast. Also Zaheda attends my phone call always, explains everything politely and updating me everyday. Nice experience.
