GoogleMy son recently bought a maisonette through Bairstow Eves, Barkingside. The process was made so much less stressful as a result of the hard work of Filiz and Kimberly. Amazing service. I would highly recommend this branch for selling a property as they leave no stone unturned in progressing a sale super efficiently and of course buying through them was an absolute pleasure.

GoogleQuite disappointed with them. Even from the beginning, their service was subpar. From waiting up to 1 hour over scheduled time for viewing, to chasing them in regards to singing of contracts, to waiting long times for some essential issues with the property to be fixed. Overall, poor experience dealing with them.

GoogleWould definitely recommend using Bairstow Eves Barkingside. They were my sole agent and worked efficiently and effectively in getting lots of viewings for my house in the beginning of the process. My house is now sold and from start to finish only took 6 months and less than 3 weeks on the completion. Staff very friendly.

GoogleDon't use this broker at any cost for your transaction. They are good enough to push through the deal and sell their in-house services like mortgage and lawyer aggressively. Guarantee of one point contact point falls immediately. No one will push the deal through. Support from the branch is non-existent.

GoogleDear Reader/Review Inquisitor I recently moved into a nice place in Barkingside, courtesy of this letting agency and more importantly the skill and interpersonal skills of one of the agents there, James Martin. I viewed just two properties where the 2nd property viewed, there were around 6 families also there viewing the property alongside myself. I was fortunate enough to enter the property first luckily loved and put a deposit down on the place which all happened very smoothly. I would very much be an advocate of this branch and store!
