CAREFUL! An agency that does not respect customers. I'm not punctual, They do not answer the phone. An agent named ALY saw that I really want to rent an apartment, he asked me to bribe 100 extra pounds. You run away from this agency.

I spoke to someone at their office and the woman was ridiculous. I mean a rubbish property with whole house need redoing and they don't have time to make a viewing appt except for one evening because they are busy! poor vendor.

Julia and Zaheda worked openly and with integrity to accommodate requested additional conditions on the contract. Always happy to answer questions and find solutions. Importantly when potential hiccups have arisen, they have been open. So far, a great experience.

Good selection of houses but lord have mercy you have to constantly chase them.. Emails, phone calls are late reposnded or not reposnded to at all you have to constantly chase them.NegativeProfessionalism

Try to avoid Lettings department Kris and Julia, smiling and helpful until you move in. Once problem occurs they disappear. Can't imagine how many nerve cells destroyed whilst dealing with them.
