If you are a revenant, Brand Vaughn will work hard to create ways of withholding any security deposit regardless of how you return the property.Brand Vaughn has outsourced their reference checks to Goodlord, an organisation that is currently polling 1* reviews on All agents. They demand that you provide them with far more information than is required for referencing purposes and in direct contravention of GDPR. Goodlord themselves outsource the financial checks to Tink. Think will hold your data and have unfettered access to your bank account for 90 days.If you request that Tink removes all access and personal data from its systems immediately after the checks have been done, you receive an automated response that they aim to get back to you within 10 working days.This entire structure is designed to relieve tenants and guarantors of their money and deeply critical and sensitive information while simultaneously denying the opportunity to retain any control.A black marketeers wet dream!

Incredibly slow process concerning contracting. Steps were only executed after I called multiple times. Issues flagged in offer were not followed up. Property was put in the market with malfunctioning or broken appliances which property manager forgot to check.

Very poorly run letting agents. Went to collect my keys and was told that they had to be given to an inventory clerk and I had to walk to meet home at the address. No communication before this to advise of this process. When we got to the address, keys didn’t work and was told they would call a locksmith. Currently waiting for a locksmith that could take 3 hours and I have to just wait around for a locksmith to meet me at the address. All this for over £1,5000…

Thomas was excellent. In fact, in the whole process this company, which was managing the sale, of the property we were buying, were the only ones who were proactively trying to keep things moving. We were kept updated and they chased all parts of the chain. A big thanks. If I need to sell my property they would be my first choice.

I have been using Mishon Mackay for the sale, and purchase of properties and also recently even obtained a rental property from them as we recently sold our property in Hove.I have been dealing with their renting team since six months and had to also deal with their maintenance team as we had few issues with our rental property. I would like to say I was highly impressed with Sarah as she is so efficient, professional and caring whenever I have contact her I am pleased to say she was very efficient always and I would like to give them 5 star rating and would like to recommend to anyone who is looking to rent their property they should use them or wanting to rent they are the best guys around Sussex. Once again I would like thank Sarah and team as all my issues would fixed in a speedy manner. 5 out 5.
