After a disappointing start with another agency, I went with my original gut instinct to go with Lextons(which i never listen to!). What a turnaround had nothing but professionalism, friendliness and a great pro-active approach with everything they do! Want to thank mostly James and George-had built up a really good rapport with her, as I’ve been on a few viewings beforehand, generally helping with any questions or giving advice and just makes you feel comfortable and reassured where ever you are in the process of buying and or selling(which most people know is rather stressful). Will definitely be recommending to friends/family and will use them again in the future. Keep up the fab work guys!! :-D

We could not be happier with the service we've received from Lextons! We were on the market with for some time with another local leading agent with no success and were beginning to lose hope of moving. We were a little dubious about changing agent at first, as we assumed that all agents would be the same. But these guys were amazing and have really changed my opinion on estate agents. They managed to generate over 20 viewings in the first few couple of weeks of marketing and got me under offer for the asking price. Lextons will certainly be my number one choice when we come to move again and I would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks very much guys for all your hard work

Very professional and friendly service from Lextons. George who negotiated and secured our offer and Karen working on our sales progression, both were excellent from start to finish. We had a very difficult time when it came to exchange due to circumstances beyond Lextons control. However the service provided was great and everything was sorted at the eleventh hour which was superb. Would certainly recommend Lextons to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Brighton and Hove area.

Peter and James have been nothing short of outstanding during my sale and purchase, going above and beyond to help. From out of hours viewings to impartial and personal advice, I am so utterly impressed with my experience and can’t quite believe the level of service they provide over and above any other estate agent I’ve dealt with. My experience with Lextons far exceeded my expectations. I liased with James Pepper in viewing and offering on a flat. He was extremely informative, patient and helpful. He kept me updated every step of the way with the offers and the owners response. I felt he was as excited for me when the offer was accepted as I was for myself. The process thereafter has been equally as pleasant. They have been helpful in advising on solicitors and next steps. The only semi negative was that we were expecting the property to be listed as sold or removed from the market and it hasn't been done. The reason was explained so it's only a minor. I would highly recommend Lextons.
