Very very happy to recommend Lextons estate agents in Hove. I have recently exchanged on a house and it has been - without a doubt - the easiest property transaction I've ever had. Obviously a lot of this is down to circumstances, but Lextons also deserve praise for their friendly, courteous service including prompt responses to calls or emails and efficient updates. Right from the start, Lextons totally got what I was looking for and never wasted my time (or the vendors' time) taking me round properties that were light years from what I wanted (unlike a lot of agencies). I'm really happy I chose Lextons to sell my house, having met five other estate agents before I made my decision. From the start James impressed me with his energy and enthusiasm for the location and the house. He was the only one who took the trouble to go round the house and point out a few small things that would improve the appearance before it went on the market.
