As landlord and seller, I have been greatly helped by the teams at Frost in Surrey! Katie and Charlotte and their team members have been phenomenal at making the letting and sales process as smooth as possible for me. They have been patient and friendly which makes the partnership with them a really enjoyable experience. For that, I would recommend them highly!

GoogleFrom the initial advice, marketing, achieving a decent sale price and overseeing the sale process, I felt that The Frost Partnership were confident in their ability and were able to conclude a probate house sale that takes longer than the typical sale with tact, efficiency and regular contact with both parties. GoogleI was on the buying end of a Property purchase transaction handled by Frost (the Feltham branch) and was extremely pleased with the way in the service they provided. They kept a clear dialogue open between me and the Seller, answered any questions promptly, and took the dates I personally needed achieved very seriously - and ended up delivering exactly as promised. If anyone is purchasing through Frost, then they are in for a good ride !

FacebookWorst estate agency I have to deal with -Feltham branch. Their admin process is terrible with a worst manner you can expect from the agent. I suggest you to invoice first if you'd like to get paid. If you'd like to call, admitting your admin error and apologizing would be better way of approaching rather than saying you were going through the list of bad debt! Certainly not the agency I'll use next time.

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

GoogleI would not recommend at all. The guy valued my property over 100k less than 3 other agents. I personally don't think he did his research well - comparing my property to other smaller houses quite far away from my postcode when giving a valuation. The man was rude on the phone and overly critical when looking around about my area and house - making me feel bad. Other agents are much nicer & superior in my own opinion.
