TrustpilotFrost company are really scammers
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

Furthermore they are both a valuable source of information to me regarding what's happening in Feltham. GoogleSebastian Rodriguez will always help you in you're search to find a property to rent, Thanks to him I was happy in my property for 7years. It was only due to unforeseen circumstance I had to move. However he was a huge help in keeping me informed of similar properties that would suit my needs and the moving process as a whole.

They're the best on the market and when I'm planning to move out of Feltham I will definetly work with Frost Partership from the area I'm going to. Highly recommend this estate agency! GoogleChet our mortgage advisor was brilliant. He honoured all deadlines, was very professional and fast. Our application was handled by him and he even negotiated better than market rate. ROB was another very helpful gentleman. He even helped us when we needed a short let. Jaime had a family problem but even then, he made all efforts. Thank you gentlemen

GoogleAn individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Wouldn’t be surprised if they had rabid rats for brains !

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

GoogleHad a viewing booked on Saturday at 12:00. Stood in front of the property and had to phone the office. Apparently Sebastian 'was on his way.' In fact he claimed to have called me when he arrived and thought he doesn't need to leave a Voicemail as i would just call back all my Missed Calls.......(I work Saturday morning so impossible task) which I never received. Once we viewed the property we made an offer and he promised to call us in 1-2 hrs. Guess what we are 2 days later and still waiting........NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.
