Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

The Rentals team are thieves! Avoid the agency, especially the Rentals department. The staff there lacks courtesy; you're received in the office as if they're doing you a favor, not as clients or, better said, potential collaborators. Yet, you go there to pay for a service, but the treatment we received leaves much to be desired!

I found them very patronising and rude I was told I was not a normal landlord even though I rent many properties all over London. I’m not sure how they are still in business the way they conduct themselves without professionalism. I would not accept there terms and conditions in there present state, this is my right. I feel I was being pressurised to do sign which I was not comfortable to do so. I urge everyone to read them carefully and do not accept what is given to you it benefits the agent and not the landlord. Protecting all sides is important. I will not recommend them to anyone I rate them as one of the worst agents I’ve ever dealt with sadly

I am happy we have decided to use Frost Partnership in Feltham. We initially contacted them since they were the closest agents to our property and thought they will know the area best. But as soon as we met Jamie we knew he knows what he is talking about. He didn't "play it safe" like other agents we've approached and who advised us on a lower asking price with which we weren't happy with. As a result the property was under offer in 2 weeks. "I've been letting a property with The Frost Partnership in Feltham for over five years now and strongly recommend them to other Landlords, as I continue to be very impressed with their level of professionalism and service received. Within the first few minutes of meeting Sebastian, (Lettings Manager), it was clear I was talking with a highly knowledgeable and competent person; I knew that I need look no further, he had give me all the information I needed. We have only good words about Jamie and we can't thank him enough for the tremendous help in selling our house. My husband and I bought our property through Frosts (Feltham office) a few years ago. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient from day one through to the day we actually got the keys to our new home. We were so happy with our experience with Frost that we wanted to use their property letting services too. Again, we received an excellent service and all the staff were great, but I’d like to convey my thanks in particular to Sebastian who is always there just a phone call away and always ready and willing to help us with any of our letting queries and questions. Also, when we were looking for a mortgage broker, we decided to use the one recommended to us by Frost and I would like to say we received the same excellent service from him too. My husband and I would definitely recommend Frost and would quite happily use any of their services again.
