GoogleExcellent!
Very nice to deal with Sheetel and Deepa.
They are always very helpful and diligent.
They would be my first choice if I was looking to rent a property or be a landlord in Hounslow.
They operate with a great degree of professionalism,
but equally there is a family and friendly feel when interacting with them
and it feels like working with family.
Would certainly say they go above and beyond the call of duty and have been extraordinarily helpful to my family.
Would recommend them without hesitation.

Agent replied · 5 July 2023
Hi CN
Thank you for your time in leaving us a review - I'm sorry you felt treated like a criminal - but without going into too much detail (as I'm sure you would want to keep this as private as possible) - please understand that in order to rent a property through Diamond Move Estate Agent you must successfully pass the Tenant Referencing process.
We have a duty of care to the properties we manage and to their owners to ensure all appropriate checks are made prior to any tenancy being granted.
Unfortunately the referencing agency could not verify the documents and details you provided and therefore failed the referencing.
The full and detailed reason was emailed to you - My colleague also spoke to you on the phone and explained in detail all the circumstances of why the referencing agency failed your referencing.
I'm sorry but this was out of our hands and we had no choice but to not proceed with the tenancy application.
I do wish you all the best in finding a home for yourself and hope all will be well next time round with your referencing.
However should you have any further concerns or wish to discuss this again - feel free to contact me on 02085778855.
Very Kind Regards
Manraj Bisran.
