GoogleThey are just supporting high class not even bother to look for middle class, called for one property straight away refuse to deal if you are on DSS, we are not considering or supporting any DSS tenant which is now totally illegal. Don't know how they pretend themselves as sophisticated estate agents.
Dear Rizwan Hassan Thank you for your review. As much as I appreciate and understand the frustration you are going through - please kindly understand that as an agent its not that we don't support or deal with anyone on housing benefit or DSS payments. We can only follow the instruction of the legal owner of the property. We do have landlords that do accept applicants on housing benefit and DSS but they have been rented and no longer available. However on the particular property you have enquired on - this owner/landlord will only accept applicants who earn enough through employment to support the rent amount. The only advice I can offer you at this stage is to maybe approach the council for help in finding a property through their own portfolio. You're more than welcome to register your details with us and should we have a property where the owner may accept applicants on Housing benefit / DSS then we will be in touch. I wish you and your family well and keep safe Regards Manraj Bisran
