GoogleWorst experiences during full and final.
Hi Vipin Thanks for your review. It’s a shame you changed your 5* to a 1* We were 5* when you reported issues and we responded in a timely manner We were 5* when you wanted to leave early to avoid paying extra rent and we facilitated by finding a new tenant to move in earlier. But now you have given 1* because you failed to clean the mattress and sofa professionally and this amount is being charged to you… You expected us and your landlord to be responsible when you face maintenance issues but you failed to be responsible as a tenant to hand back the property professionally cleaned which includes mattresses and sofas. As a result of this you have decided to give a 1* review. But that’s fine Vipin, we wish you and your family all the best in your new property. Regards Manraj Bisran
