Hi Samarth Thanks for your time in leaving this 1 start review. Im sorry you feel the way you do - I understand your are currently in the process of dealing with your deposit with us as you have recently moved out of a property. So without going into too much detail - all I would say is as much as we understand you want all your deposit money back - you must appreciate and understand that you must give the property back in the same condition we gave it to you - i.e. being professionally cleaned and any damage caused should of been dealt with prior to you handing the property back. I trust we can find an amicable way to resolve this. Regards Manraj
