I have used Diamond Move for three different properties over the last three years now, and I remain impressed that they remain consistently good. In an industry where communication can often be a struggle, their team is incredibly quick to respond and always professional. They are proactive with their listings, ensuring minimal void periods, and the entire team is reliable and easy to work with. It’s a weight off my mind knowing my properties are being managed by Deepa and Manraj, and knowing that Sheetel finds the best suited tenants for each property. I would recommended them for any landlord looking for a seamless experience.

Diamond Move have to be the best and most helpful agents that i have experienced working with. as a builder, i interact with loads of estate agents and having Diamond Move manage my investment property is the smartest move i have made. they have all the correct systems in place from when there is an issue with the property or if a tenant wants to convey a message. they handle everything and having them fully manage my property is a blessing. will now have to source more property for them to manage. well done to all at Diamond Move, especially Sheetal, Deepa and also Manraj.

Hello viewers and future clients i had been lucky to have diamond move to be a letting agent as they have done a great job helping me find a apartment. Being a new immigrant to the UK i faced a alot of difficulties in find a place to live or to call a house as all letting agencies have a list of requirement that was difficult for a new immigrant like me. Very first day they asked for my requirements and the process followed so smooth that i didnt realise i am moving to my new apartment in just 2 weeks from the day i approached diamond move. So yes prefer diamond move for your next search of a house or apartment and leave the rest on them. Special thanks to Deepa tankaria for the wonderful support and professional approach. “NEED YOUR OWN PLACE RING DIAMOND MOVE”PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If it wasnt for Diamond move and Sheetals consistent hard work, I dont think id have been able to make my first purchase. From the time the offer was accepted to the completion Sheetal was in constant communication and went above and beyond to get the sale through. The number of emails and calls I made to her was off the scale but she was calm, polite and so helpful each time. I'd love to purchase through Diamond Move again and would highly recommend. The service from all members of the team was fantastic and I'm incredibly greatful and happy with my new home. Thanks guys!

We have been with Diamond Move for over 2 years now. Deepa and Sheetal at Diamond Move have been exceptional in all our transactions. They have shown true commitment in finding tenants for us and also dealt with a few sticky situations very professionally. Us being first-time landlords, we have been extremely fortunate in finding estate agents who are genuine and fair to both parties. Thank you Deepa and Sheetal!

Sheetel and her team genuinely care about their tenants and are very flexible in understanding the needs and requirements. Respecting/treating the tenants and landlords in the same way is not a piece of cake for everyone. Diamond move team definitely outweighs everyone else in that aspect. It has been a pleasure being with them for so many years now.

At the beginning of this process when my Brothers and I were charged with selling Our Mothers house after she passed, we really didn't know where to begin but on meeting Sheetel, I had a gut feeling that as she was from a local agency and not a larger chain that she would go the extra mile for us... I was not wrong. From the beginning when she did the viewings (I believe we had 27 that day) and then through to what was somtimes a problematic sale, on our side I might add, Sheetel was allways there to smooth thing along and keep our buyer happy, informed, and most importantly, still with us. Would I reccomend Diamond Move? Absolutely!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My family recently used Diamond Moves in the sale of our late parents home. They, and in particular Sheetel were simply outstanding! To start off with Sheetel provided a fair and balanced assessment of what the property was actually worth - and - more to the point what was a realistic price that would ensure a firm offer straight off the bat. Through her guidance we found a lovely and committed buyer very quickly within two weeks of the property being on the market. It wasn't a straight forward process as there were a number of 3rd parties involved in the sale such as executors, probate solicitors, conveyancers - but all the way through the process Sheetel was supportive, communicative, informative and just a delight to work with. I really cannot stress how good she was. It was a difficult time for us and Sheetel ensured that we were kept informed of progress every single day. It is with hand on heart when I say they earned their (very reasonable) commission from the sale and I would in a heartbeat recommend them if you are selling a property in the Hounslow or surrounding areas. From my experience of Diamond Moves, they are a company that keep their promises, deliver on what they say they will do and will go that extra mile for you as a client.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
