We have been tenants through Diamond Move since 2016. All i can say is that they are amazing. The houses we found were exactly what we were looking for, whenever we needed their support, they were prompt and helpful, I had an issue with the oven on 23rd of December, on 24th we had a new one installed. Long story short, after many years with them, we finally bought our first house, and they made the process so smooth and easy, every single person from their team is there for you anytime , and it is an absolute pleasure to deal with them. 5* experience over the years. Highly recommended! The best agency we’ve been with!

We are first time landlords and wanted a good agency to take care of everything from finding a tenant to being the point of contact for the tenant for repairs and replacements as needed. Diamond Move are proving to be exceptional and we feel we, and the tenant, are very well looked after. They are professional and courteous and they handle issues that arise quickly. We are thankful that we chose Diamond Move to manage our property and would highly recommend them to any future (or current) landlord.

Very helpful Sheetal has given us some very useful information. Very refreshing to see an estate agent to really want to help you, not guide you for their gain. So very glad we called her. Very professional, explained in detail the steps! Thank you for having patience for answering all our questions. I will contact you soon once the probate has gone through to sell our late aunts property

I have found Diamond to be professional, comprehensive, responsive and overall exceptional! I am an oversees landlord and work against aggressive timelines; Diamond has gone over and above to ensure my property is occupied, well maintained and their communication to keep me up to date, without slowing down in any way, has been very impressive. I look forward to an ongoing partnership with the Diamond team and highly recommend their services within my network.
