GoogleI contacted Diamond Move in Hounslow after other agents failed to even ring me back. From the first phone call, I felt this was the agency to use, after explaining that it would be a very difficult sale as the property was owned by a man who had been taken into a care home by social services and there were all sorts of complications, including the property being full of hoarded belongings. At no point did they seem put off by the prospect, in fact they went beyond what was expected to help us in a very difficult situation, including finding people to help clear the flat and to find reliable removals, locksmiths etc. This alone made the whole experience much easier and took so much stress off us.
It’s been a difficult sale due to the circumstances but they have been nothing but professional and the relationship between agents and myself has been friendly, open and honest. They kept me informed from start to finish, guided me on issues and helped way beyond what any agent would normally do.
I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. They totally know their business and unlike all the ‘big names’, they are a family run business which makes you feel you are not just another customer....but even more important, is their friendly, approachable and honest service at all times. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Well done Diamond Move.

GoogleWould not even give one star for the way I have been dealt with
I saw a property to let and contacted diamond estate to enquire a out it. After agreeing to the price I was told that the landlord was happy for me to go ahead and become the tenant. I asked diamond to send me all the necessary details so that we could start the paper work
A few days later I was told my diamond that the landlord was not waiting for his business partner to come to make the decision Diamond then dangled me from a piece of string for over a week making up lies as to why the landlord had now decided to wait for his buisness partner to come. Including that other people may be interested even tho I was happy to pay everything upfront
They are a bunch of dishonest people who don't care about the customers. I stopped d looking for a property as diamond had promised me I had it now I have to start all over again looking The director is a liar as well and makes up excuses.

Unfortunately this was out of our control as explained on the phone.
The property you were interested in is a commercial shop on a busy main road - the landlord had a lot of interest as you can imagine.
We registered your interest with the landlord when you viewed the property initially. You initially offered £950 per month (below asking price). which the landlord rejected, we then did not hear from you as you advised you went away for a week.
On your return, you contact our office to then review your offer to the asking price of £1000 pm. By then the landlord had multiple offers from different business tenants.
The landlord wanted to speak with his business partner to discuss which business tenant they wished to proceed with.
The landlord then decided to proceed with a different business/tenant.
As soon as we heard their decision we then contacted you immediately to advise you that unfortunately the landlords decided to proceed with another business/tenant.
It was not our intention to prolong the decision in anyway.
Ultimately it was the landlords decision to who they wanted to proceed with.

GoogleI received an offer I agreed with Diamond within 48 hours of the property advertised on the market. I think we could share some tips to the lawmakers trying to secure a Brexit Deal!
On a serious note, this was possible only through dialogue that I started with Sheetel 3 months back. She took time to understand my need and was available on phone and email (as I am based in India) and ensured interest of both parties are met. I envy her negotiation skills.
If everything goes well, I expect a completion before end of Mar 19 as planned and agreed, which again wouldn't have been possible without individual attention and support of her experienced team.
