That is their business model - to cheat their tenants off their deposit and have a good life out of this hard-earned money of someone else. After renting with them in Hounslow for a long time, they just treated us really as bad as an agent can. They took > 1000 pounds off our deposit and were not at all cooperative.

We are sorry that you have not had the experience that many Tenants have had with us.
We are very disappointed with the Comments that you have made falsely accusing Myself and Sheetel with cheating tenants out of their monies., There is simply no evidence to support such false comments and find these comments very inappropriate.
I understand that you are upset that there may be deductions from your deposit but given the state of the property when you returned the property to us was simply nowhere near the condition of the property we gave it to you, it’s evident and clear that there will be deductions from your deposit.
We understand that there is wear and tear to be expected, but NOT, - COCKROACHES, which you were advised a few months prior that you were responsible for this due to the lack of cleanliness at your property at the time you were still residing there. You were told to get treatment immediately and to keep the flat cleaned to prevent further infestation.
You were also given the contact number of pest control we recommend to carry out the treatment, but you decided to do treatment yourself which clearly did not work.
- drawings on walls & doors, this was done by pen, crayon, Clearly you made no attempt to clear/clean this away.
- multiple stickers on cabinets, this is something you did - NOT the landlord and you should have removed this prior to you handing the property back.
- And quite simply the property was not professionally cleaned to the standard that it was when given to you.
We advised you of the issues and provided the inventory of your move in which was time stamped and dated and clearly showed the clean and very good condition the property was given to you. Yes there was signs of slight wear and tear at the beginning of your tenancy given the property is over 10 years OLD.
We then compared the move in Inventory to the move out inspection report. We have provided evidence to you to support why we feel these issues are your responsibility therefore you are liable for this.
We are not making any monies out of this for personal gain, this is works we have had to do to get the property back up to standard for the next tenant which should have been maintained by you.
Please note: there are other works being done which we are not charging you for as it comes under wear and tear therefore the landlord is covering the costs.
We are very fair agents and we find it astonishing that you feel you gave the property back in good condition when clearly given the evidence we have shown you, you haven’t.
Going back to your deposit, the Deposit is protected by the DPS, you are within your rights to dispute any deduction and follow the dispute process of the DPS.
we are happy to follow this process and happy to provide our evidence to support why we feel the amount being deducted is justified and follow to conclusion from the DPS.

GoogleWe are landlords, and moved the full management service of our rental property from another agent to Diamond Move this summer 2023.
We have been so impressed with the level of personalised service we have received from the whole team (Manraj, Sheetel and Deepa). So much better than our previous letting agent. As Gavin said on a previous review, the difference is like comparing night and day.
The bonus for us is that Diamond Move take a smaller percentage fee than our previous agent, and also include preparing a rental agreement and deposit protecion in their price, so we are getting a much better return than before.
We received constant updates when we needed to find a new tenant, and were kept in the decision making position throughout the process. As a consequence of Sheetel and Deepa's sincere efforts to get us the best tenant and at the best monthly rental , there was only a 2 day gap between tenants. Again, they understand that voids are expensive and do everything they can to minimise landlords costs.
Our messages are responded to very quickly, and we feel that nothing is too much trouble. We feel like valued clientss of this agency, not a cash cow like before.
It is clear that they are taking on more and more landlords and growing their business, as their good reputation about their business model of providing excellent service to their clients spreads around the landlord community.
Tl:dr In summary, as landlords we cannot recommend Diamond Move highly enough.
