From the moment I met Nick, I knew this was the right estate agent to use!! Professional yet relaxed. The house was on the market within days and sold in 2. the whole process was so easy and nothing a problem. Big thankyou to Vanessa who dealt with sale she was brilliant, nothing was a problem and I was always kept in the picture. I used their solicitors " Rowlinsons" who were also amazing. From the valuation on day one to the sale being agreed on day two, they have guided us through a myriad of challenges. From all the other housing agents I went through to try and find my own property I found Regency to be the most helpful in terms of involvement and communication they have with you whether its updates on the property or just assistance with their services. Stay away from this company Claire and Jane very unhelpful charges you loads money doing no jobs would make you bankrupt by refer you to debt collectors putting charges on your account for no reason this is how they make money tricking their customers misleading them pleaae avoid them as they are just trouble
