GoogleSold my home with Nick and his lovely team 🙏 Always someone there on the phone or email if I needed to mither and they kept me updated with feed back on the viewings. Rental team are the best ❤️ The tenant app is useful and any issues are sorted without any fuss. Gemma and Claire have been so helpful. A top local estate agents based in the centre of Horwich 👍

GoogleI have rented a property now for 7 years via Regency and they deserve more than 5 stars. They are professional and quick in dealing with issues and enquires. They are one of very few companies around that give great customer service. I am treated like a person, not a number, and that type of service really is hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work, as I for one really do appreciate it.

She was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful, and was the person throughout the whole process who made it as smooth as possible (despite the usual conveyancing niggles!).
