I have been in property over 20 years but never had such amazing support particularly with a very dificult conveyance and for example as the property was close to regency not me - they sorted out gas cert and any other tests for me and as the sale was with tenant in occupation dealt with any problems the tenant might have had during the c onveyance when the tenant would not respond to me - would that all agents were just like this - I am sure they would be equally effective at managing a property

They are our management company for our estate and literally do nothing. Make out urban bubble our previous management were useless but at least they answered emails and dealt with issues on the estate. Wouldn’t recommend and I hope to goodness we are not stuck with them for much longer!
