I honestly don't think I experienced a warmer, friendlier or more responsive estate agent before. Phone, email and in person, they are welcoming and helpful. They seem to care about you as a person and not just as someone buying or selling. I would recommend them to anyone.

Uckfield Branch - What an awful Estate Agency. Asked to view 2 properties on Saturday morning, told them more than happy to attend without them tagging along and the sales person (male) was anything but helpful. made up so many excuses and totally inflexible or helpful I simply advised that his Vendors should know how bad they are AND I would not bother viewing based on how awful my experience was with him.
