We had a good experience with Tommy at Mansell Mctaggart with the purchase of our new house. He was polite, professional and efficient with everything. Communication is such an important part of buying and selling houses and Tommy was fantastic at providing prompt updates, keeping us informed at all times and when something needed chasing he would do this immediately which was so helpful. The photos they took of the property were fantastic and ensured we were presenting it at its best. A special shout out to Declan and Tommy, who were both excellent to deal with. We recently used Mansell McTaggart to sell our property after deciding it was time to retire. Tommy was our allocated point of contact, and we found him to be completely on the ball. Our experience with Mansell McTaggart Estate Agents in Horsham has been nothing short of exemplary. The small team they have at the branch means that they all work exceptionally well together. Questions are responded to in record time and the diverse team within the branch provides different perspectives and insights. From the moment we were looking to put our house on the market the whole team visited our property to understand the main selling points. I'd never thought this was something estate agents did, but it is an absolutely invaluable USP for the branch. The process from point of instruction of sale to the sale for our property being finalised was a mere 3 weeks! The use of an app to track viewings and the process as a whole is really helpful and the team honestly couldn't have done more for us than they have. We would wholeheartedly recommend them and have raved about how good they've been to all our family and friends. Throughout our search for our next property we have had experience of well over 10 other estate agents and none of them come anywhere close to those at Mansell McTaggart Horsham - 5 stars isn't enough, can we give them a 10 star rating instead!

We have just bought a house through Mansell McTaggart Storrington. Joanna, Mark and the team have been great. They have been our faithful advocates through a lengthy process, and genuinely shared our delight and relief when it all finally came good. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because we were relocating some distance, and to start with they seemed slightly bemused by us wanting subsequent visits to the house when we were in the area (sometimes at quite short notice, to be fair!). This is probably applicable to many estate agents - buyers need more than 15 minutes in a house to make the purchase of a lifetime! But I don't want that to detract from a good review overall - we soon became friends and they accommodated many a visit, as well as visits from tradespeople and keeping an eye on the house while it was empty - so they went above and beyond in the end. Mansell Mctaggart have been brilliant selling our shared ownership property! When we were initially deciding who to go with it was a no brainer to go with Mansells. A couple of estate agents turned us down before even looking at the property because of complexity of the sale. We had a buyer within the first week of putting it on the market. Our first sale fell through so we had to put it back on the market and then again we had a new buyer 10 days later. Although it has been a stressful process, Declan and the team have been nothing short of amazing and taking as much of the stress out of the situation as possible. This is the second time I have instructed Mansell McTaggart to sell my property. Under difficult circumstances, Guy and his team have handled the entire process with sensitivity and professionalism from start to finish. At the same time they were highly proactive in seeking genuine buyers who were in a position to proceed, and as a result we agreed a sale within a few weeks of going to market. They secured an offer considerably above the asking price, which in itself was in excess of other valuations conducted by local agents. The conveyancing process did not always go smoothly (as a result of issues further down the chain), but they were on hand to work with all parties to resolve the issues that arose with minimal fuss. I felt they were always working to obtain the best possible outcome for me as their client, and as such we have now exchanged contracts. I would not hesitate in recommending MM. Guy Bateman as the branch MD is highly knowledgeable, understands the local market deeply and is very skilled at finding the right buyer at the right price. If I need an agent in the future, MM will be my first port of call.
