We recently sold our house through Mansell McTaggart and were very impressed with the service we received from staff at the Horsham office.They kept in frequent contact throughout the whole process and liaised very effectively when we had issues with our conveyancer in the final stages before exchange of contract.They gave us advice on presenting our home and managed our expectations on price. We sold at the second viewing.They also employ an excellent photographer whose skills showed our house at its best. Declan, Guy and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.The bottle of wine on exchange of contracts was also a very lovely surprise! Disinterest all the way…

After researching the local estate agency market, when we were looking to sell my dad’s home, Mansell McTaggart Copthorne seemed to be the best solution. However, since putting it on the market in January we have now moved to another estate agents. Although we had an offer earlier in the process (that fell through, through no fault of MM), the lack of effort and communication following this was staggering. No interest, no feedback and they had to be chased on every little detail. Viewings feedback was non existent and my advice to others looking locally for an estate agents in and around Crawley is avoid this bunch. Zero motivation and even less interest!

We decided to instruct Mansell Mctaggart following a visit from Declan. The advice given was current and we were impressed with the depth of knowledge about the housing market and the wider economic impact on house pricing and what is realistically achievable in the current economic climate. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and it was great that all the team came to see the property before the property was marketed. This ensured they could fully brief potential buyers. They conducted due diligence to ensure there were no time wasters and this was reflected in the subsequent offers and ability to proceed to exchange/completion swiftly. We were also impressed that they include professional photography as standard. The surprise bottle following exchange was a nice touch and we would certainly recommend them. Declan has been absolutely fantastic, he is a real credit to the business! He has guided us and supported us throughout the process of purchasing, and nothing was too much to ask of him. It took longer than we expected to sell our house but we got there in the end. Horsham Branch, During this particular sale, Harvey was assigned as our Agent. Declan was absolutely fantastic during the purchase of my property, I think at times he single handedly kept it moving forward, dealing with the solicitors, vendors and myself. He went over and above what you could expect from any estate agent. He did local searches through the council website, he sent documents from the vendors directly to me, he chased both solicitors and he always cheered me up when I was fed up with the speed of the process. I would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling a property. If I ever sell my property in the future I would want Declan to handle the sale, he was outstanding.
