Harvey and the team were absolutely amazing. Whilst you have a main point of contact, the rest of the team are always up to speed on what’s happening with your sale and able to support / answer any questions if your main contact is busy. Viewing wise, they vetted everyone before they came through the door which I haven’t had previously when selling properties and I felt this approach was much better. I have less time wasters. They also grouped the viewings as much as possible which was much better as less tidying up for me! Once my house was under offer, they pushed the sale through as quick as possible. Always keeping me updated and keeping momentum. I also felt like they genuinely had my best interests in mind and were always on hand to help with advice on my purchase. Can’t thank or recommend them enough for their help with selling my house. Definitely a great choice!

After being in the process of buying a house for a number of years and having a very negative experience dealing with Purple Bricks on a previous house, working with Scott and the team at Mansell McTaggart was a dream in comparison! Very professional and kept us informed of all the issues and developments on the sale of our property. Communication was very easy to understand without using all the confusing terminology. Jacob really put pressure on those involved in the chain in order to complete as smoothly and quickly as possible. Jacob was always available to talk to and replied to emails very efficiently. Scott was thorough, well prepared with answers to my questions and responsive to requests to check out various elements of the property in question - he was quick to enable my passage up to the loft, for example. He demonstrated good care and respect of the property and the vendor. With some viewings with other estate agents I’ve felt that I’ve been with ‘the Saturday person’ who is unable to answer any questions with any confidence: this was not the case here. When I decided to sell my home I wondered whether it would be worth trying to sell privately to save some money. Having now sold through Guy and the team at MM I can say, absolutely no question they were worth every penny. From start to finish they were professional and friendly. They kept on top of the chain and nursed it along so that everyone benefitted. They kept in touch with me on a weekly basis and were always supportive with ideas, suggestions and market updates. I have just bought a new home through a private purchase and have so wished that I had an estate agent on my side.
