We have used Mansell McTaggart Horsham when buying a property before and have recently just used them again for the sale of our property. They were the only estate agent we had round to value our property as we were so impressed with their service before we had no doubts with choosing them. We have been thoroughly pleased with the service provided and once again they have met and exceeded all our expectations. The team are always professional, polite and very responsive. They understand that buying/selling is a stressful time and they have empathised and been understanding throughout and always provided us with reassurance and support when needed. If i've needed to speak to one of the team who weren't in, somebody else always covered and I was never left without an answer. My emails were always responded to promptly and I always got through to somebody when calling which is essential when going through this process. There were times I would call multiple times in day and the team never made me feel like I was bothering them or being annoying, they always made time for me and listened. We have been very pleased with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Mansell McTaggart Horsham again in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We engaged Mansell McTaggart to sell our property, despite several set backs during the process, Guy, Jacob and team always responded quickly and enthusiastically. Each time we had to put the house on the market very quickly we had a viewing day established with qualified and viable buyers and there was an acceptable offer (or often more than one) from those viewings. As I mentioned there where challenges with the offers, majority of times not directly related to our buyer but elsewhere further down in the chain - the team however kept us fully informed both with email and phone updates and were always responsive to times when we called looking for information. Crowborough people stay away from Lee and Paul!

I was in the process of buying a property advertised through them. Waisted 3 months of my life, Lee and Paul were hiding a very crucial information and in the end they admitted that they were helping seller with their financial difficulties. They should never allow for the property to be advertised if the people couldn't effort to move out. I had to pay over £2500 solicitor bill (my mistake for trusting them) as chosen their solicitor recommendation. Solicitor along with Paul and Lee were working together and 100% against me, as a customer.

I found the firm was very helpful for most of the time. I did need to call a review meeting when the house did not sell after a few months, but by lowering the price a buyer was found. The staff were always cheerful and willing to help when I asked. Their communication improved when I asked for a weekly update. Brilliant service from a friendly and experienced team! Right from the start Jamie came and organised a great video that completely showcased our house. The attention to detail on the house particulars were clear and the photos taken by Jimmy were excellent. Our house sold very quickly but took a long time to go through due to the bottom of the chain falling through twice. I really believe that if Mansell's had control of the bottom of the chain it would have been a lot smoother but Karl and Andrew did an absolutely fantastic job keeping on top of every aspect of the chain and keeping us informed of progress.
