Need to check into reality that it is not a normal or common thing for RENTERS to earn nearly £50k a year if people are looking at renting your cheaper 3 bed houses, its because thats what they bloody need and can afford! Expecting them to be earning that amount and denying any help towards people who don’t straight up just no can’t help you there you’re too poor bye! Honestly ridiculous, have you not heard of the cost of bloody living. Price of life is going up but they pay isn’t. Landlords, if you’re wondering why no one’s renting your property yet. These people are why. This is for Burgess Hill, no idea if you’re all like this

East Grinstead Branch - they were excellent. Selling and buying was a very long and drawn out process and Mansell’s were helpful and really supportive throughout. From the start I felt they had our best interests at heart. They offered sound advice and we were so pleased we went with them. Luca and Cameron were incredibly helpful with viewings and Steven was excellent with his sales progression support and assistance on numerous occasions! Anytime we called the office I felt whoever we spoke to knew all about our sale and eventual purchase, they seem to really work together as a team and we are so pleased we chose them! I was selling with Mansell's in Horsham. I wouldn't hesitate to instruct this office again if I was ever selling or renting in the area. We had most of our dealings with Harvey who was exceptional from start to finish - everything you'd want from the person selling your home. Everyone else in the Horsham team that we encountered was also brilliant, they all cover each other's workloads when someone is on holiday and you never feel left in the dark - something I really appreciated.

I am surprised at the negative reviews by sellers. My wife and I are landlords who over 20 years had become so disillusioned by the appalling service by letting agents in Wealden compared to our agents in other areas that, after recovering yet another smashed up property we decided to manage our portfolio ourselves. This was such a drain on our time and energy that we decided to sell the Wealden portion through Mansell McTaggart in course of which we were introduced to their letting team, and so decided to hand management to them while their colleagues arranged our property sales.The letting service proved so excellent that we cancelled our sales, and for the first time in 20 years we feel we are getting the expertise and professionalism we pay for. So many thanks to Brian Wilkins in the Uckfield office whose sterling work has been truly transformational.

I have finally exchanged contracts! When I first started my journey and signed the agency contract I thought what a lot of money the fees were. My house sold quickly which made me think this is money for old rope. Then my buyers pulled out and that’s when I realised the true value of Mansell McTaggart and the team. Have had the best experience with this Estate Agency compared to sales with others in the past. Been able to meet the whole team as each member of staff wanted to be familiar with all aspects of our property before viewings took place. Communication has been excellent as we received feedback from viewings on the same day or a few days later. This practice has been the same during the selling process as we receive updates regarding the sale every 10-14 days. We are also copied into emails addressed to the solicitor from the agent. The team are approachable, friendly and helpful. We are very impressed with this professional team and would have no hesitation but to recommend to anyone who wish to place their property on the market.

After a not so pleasant experience selling our house we changed agent to Mansell McTaggart. They quickly sold our house but the sale was scuppered by the Liz Truss budget. We subsequently sold again successfully. On both sale attempts the professionalism of the Mansell McTaggert team was evident from day 1 and throughout the selling process. We were given weekly progress updates at minimum and this continued throughout until Completion. We would use this team again and can recommend them.
