Having previously bought and sold through Mansell McTaggart, I didn’t hesitate in suggesting them to act on my family’s behalf when we sadly lost my mum and needed to sell her bungalow. That professional image did not change over time and they were an essential conduit to my solicitor and had arranged two successful open days in very rapid time frames. Jo and her team in the Storrington…

Jo and her team in the Storrington branch are fabulous. Mansell Mctaggart secured a sale for our home within days of it being marketed. The presentation of our property was superb, photography did it proud. We were kept updated throughout our sale and purchase at all times . Although an extremely stressful time the team were very approachable and certainly helped out with all involved taking a lot of the pressures off us. We would definitely recommend Jo and her team and would use again in the future.

Disappointing experience with Haywards…

Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Substandard communication throughout the entire process from start to finish with us regularly chasing for updates which was massively elongated due to the sellers 'changing their minds' after we had, had our offer accepted, engaged a solicitor and paid for searches to be completed on the property. The entire situation could have been avoided if the sellers were onboarded correctly with Mansell Mc Taggart to ensure that they were 100% certain about marketing and selling their property. Make sure you get everything formalised in writing to protect yourself should anything go wrong like it did in our situation.

The true sign of a professional estate agency/agents ( in my opinion ) are ones that are always polite and courteous when times are “good “ in the housing market, not just when the market is flat! Customer service is fantastic here in our Horsham and Brighton branches. Fenton at the Brighton branch truly knows his stuff and so friendly, actually takes time to know every detail of the property he is showing you around, what a refreshing difference dealing with this company and also Miles In our Horsham Branch actually really puts himself out to help in comparison to other estate agents we’ve been dealing with lately, others expect you to choose a home in less time than you would a pair of shoes, thankfully all the staff at Mansell McTaggart so far, seem to allow you to enjoy the process of purchasing your biggest single financial commitment in less than 10 minutes!
